Stephanie Gutierrez has served our church as Minister to Children & Families since the fall of 2025. She gives leadership to all of our ministries serving children from nursery through 5th grade. She is also an important part of our leadership team, helping guide all of the ministries of our church.

Joe and Stephanie Gutierrez, along with their daughter, LaNae and their son, Lukas, relocated to Texas from Oregon a couple of years ago and quickly became a part of our church family as well as the community of Flatonia. They are perhaps best known locally as the owners of the Flatonia Pizza Company and have taken every opportunity to make connections with people in our community and to serve our church family. Prior to joining our staff, Stephanie was an active volunteer with our children’s ministry, helping decorate for VBS each year and providing leadership to our TeamKID ministry on Wednesday nights.

Stephanie has a background in children’s ministry, having taken courses in this field in college and serving in several related roles prior to moving to Texas. Recently, she has felt God leading her to serve our church by becoming a leader in our Children’s Ministry.
